Returns and Refund Policy

Customer satisfaction at Bultik is important to us. If you are not satisfied with a purchased product, you may exercise your right of withdrawal and return it within 14 days of receiving it, where this right applies under applicable law.

Return Conditions

For a return to be accepted, the product should:

• not have been used, worn, washed, or damaged by the customer;

• be in the condition in which it was received;

• include the original tags and accessories, where applicable;

• be returned in its original packaging, where applicable;

• be accompanied by a receipt or other proof of purchase.

The consumer is responsible for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics, and proper functioning.

The direct shipping costs for returning the goods are borne by the customer, except where the goods received are incorrect, defective, or do not correspond to the order due to circumstances for which Bultik is responsible.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrectly Shipped Products

Please inspect your order upon receipt.

If the product is damaged or defective, an item is missing, or you have received a product different from the one ordered, please contact us as soon as possible at info@bultik.com or +359 89 457 4711.

We will review the case and assist you in accordance with applicable law.

Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply in the cases provided for by applicable law.

This includes, where the relevant legal conditions are met, goods made to the customer's specifications or clearly personalized, including personalized products.

⚠️ IMPORTANT: For a product made specifically according to the customer's individual instructions, design, or personalization requirements, the 14-day right of withdrawal may not apply where the legal conditions for this exception are met.

The right to make a claim in the event of a defect or non-conformity of the product with the order is not affected by the above.

The availability of the requested size, colour, or model cannot be guaranteed until your request has been processed.

14-Day Right of Withdrawal

Where the law provides a right of withdrawal from a distance contract, the Consumer may notify Bultik of their decision to withdraw from the contract within 14 days, starting from the date on which the goods are received by the Consumer or by a third party designated by the Consumer.

After exercising the right of withdrawal, the goods must be returned within the period prescribed by applicable law.

Refunds

Once we receive the returned goods, we will inspect them and process the refund request.

In the case of a valid and lawful return, the amount due will be refunded using the applicable method and within the period prescribed by law.

Where payment was made by bank card, the refund will normally be issued to the original payment method, where technically possible and applicable.

Please note that after we issue the refund, additional processing time may be required before the funds are reflected in your account by your bank or payment service provider.
