Shipping and Payment

All deliveries from Bultik are carried out through the following courier companies and services:

• Econt Express AD

• Speedy AD

• BOX NOW

• Pigeon

Depending on the selected courier and the available services, your order may be delivered to an address, a courier office, or an automated parcel locker.

Where the selected courier service allows it, the shipment may be sent with an “Inspection” option, allowing you to inspect the goods before accepting the shipment and paying the cash-on-delivery amount.

If you notice that the shipment is damaged upon delivery, please notify the courier immediately and request that a damage report be prepared. Please also contact us so that we can assist you in resolving the matter.

Shipping Cost

FREE SHIPPING on all orders worth €69.99 or more.

For orders below €69.99, the shipping cost is determined according to the selected delivery method, courier company, destination, and the current rates applicable to the respective service.

Processing and Delivery Time

Orders are processed and dispatched within 2 to 5 business days.

Once the order has been handed over to the selected courier, the delivery time depends on the destination, selected service, and the courier company's delivery schedule.

For certain towns and villages, deliveries may only be made on specific days.

Deliveries on Sundays and public holidays depend on the terms, conditions, and operating hours of the selected courier company.

Payment

For payments made by cash on delivery, the document confirming payment is issued in accordance with the courier service used and applicable legislation.

We recommend keeping the document confirming your payment, as it may be required in the event of a complaint, return, or when exercising other consumer rights.

Bultik cannot guarantee a specific delivery time and is not responsible for delays caused by circumstances related to the operations of the selected courier company. If a problem occurs, you may contact us and we will assist you in resolving it.

IMPORTANT

Shipments delivered to a courier office or an automated parcel locker are stored in accordance with the current storage periods and terms of the respective courier company.

If the shipment is not collected within the specified period, it may be returned to us.

We kindly ask customers to place orders only when they genuinely intend to receive the ordered products. In cases of repeated orders that are not collected without a valid reason, Bultik reserves the right to restrict the availability of cash-on-delivery payment for future orders, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
